No. While my coaching is informed by my experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal achievement, and well-being rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
If, during coaching, it becomes clear that counseling would better meet your needs, I will discuss appropriate referrals and recommendations.
